Acidity and bleeding gums in pregnancy

2025-08-04 11:42:45
Hi, I am currently in 24th week of my pregnancy. In this pregnancy I've had swollen gum before. But today again I had bleeding gums and someone told me it will cause preterm birth. Is it really true? I thought this was a normal part of pregnancy.

Bleeding gum doesn’t cause preterm labour Bleeding gums and hemorroids these are all common during pregnancy because of more blood supply and hormonal changes No need to worry But if it is bothering you pls do consult
