Hello sir there is a patient whose diagnose achillis tendonitis and ankle injury with swelling please tell me the treatment plan for that ..........injury is chronic stage .

Dear one achillis tendinitis, could reach to a stage of rupture of the tendon, degenerative tendinitis will have more propensity of rupture, so be careful and consult early.
