Ache in Right Testicle

I am having slight pain in my right testicle. 3 observations: 1. My Scrotum is a bit thick than usul 2. My right testicle uae to hang lower than left, but now its a bit above than left 3. When I bath with hot water my scrotum expands and the pain goes away Please help.
