Acetylcystein use on fatty liver

Hello doctor I am having grade 1 fatty liver. Can acetylcysteine help me to reverse the fatty infiltration? I am taking Mucinac 200 once daily and liv 52 DS twice a day. Am I on the right treatment? my LFT report is normal .

Though It has some liver protective benefits,it is not recommended for fatty liver. • Excercise daily •Stay Hydrated, Drink plenty of fluids. •Eat more green leafy vegetables and fruits. •Avoid beverage like tea , coffee, chocolates etc. •Avoid spicy and oily foods. Inform sos if required
