Hello Please visit a dentist and get an x ray done so that you can start antibiotics and treat the tooth

The bump can be an abscess formation due to an infected tooth. Normally in this condition there is no pain but it requires proper treatment or it will worsen.
Next Steps
please visit in dentist and follow the treatment plan

There can be two reasons for this. One the tooth has an infection at the root Two there is infection in the gums. If it's in the tooth only then you Ned to get a root canal done and if it's in gums then you need to see a gum specialist. Either ways it should be treated to the earliest.
