I have done 10 days ago extraction premolar tooth. The tooth has Healed partial . I have some mild discomfort that's on off . I visited dentist . He check me clinically. Said nothing to worry. It takes time due to , it was peri apical lesion was. He done x ray . Attached . I have marked a red area of radiolucent . I am anxious Is this any foreign body or any food ? .. What is this ???

It's just an extraction socket or periapical scar.it will take around 2 weeks for complete recovery.

Don’t worry at all Suppose you have same size of injury anywhere else in body It takes time around 10-15 days to get to normal
