I am doing exercise and in a good diet .my periods are regular till last month .fromlast month i experience irregularity in my menses then i diagnosed myself nd the reports are there .my wt.is good nd there is no symptoms of pcos except what reports says .what should i do now

Nothing to worry take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid oily spicy and sugery food drink plenty of water avoid stress do regular exercises brisk walk for 40 minutes. This will help you to regularise your periods.
