It's good decision to have shadow teacher .. Need to identify right candidate who apart of helping in general study also teach Hindi .. One month time is sufficient to learn basic language. She is not sitting in one place in class or not writing because there is some challenge she is facing wrt interest in what’s being taught, the way it’s being taught + children this age have lot of energy that they want to direct only towards play. However, her family members can informally teach her English during this period by talking to her in English. 4.
