I feel i have like a bowl in outside of my anus...it has no pain or not flow blood.. Is it a symtoms of piles??

Haemorrhoids/Piles seems to be the most likely diagnosis from your description. However there are other diagnosis like fissure, IBD etc which cause similar symptoms. Consult a Homoeopath near you.
