My aunt got periods problem since 8months she getting periods 15 days sometimes 1 month she getting lot of bleeding she can't get up in the bed she did scan and all r normal plz suggest me any further suggest

Hello there, your aunt needs hormonal treatment for regulating her cycles . It’s common to have abnormal uterine bleeding in peri menopausal period . It would be better if you would have mentioned her age . It’s good that her usg is normal. She should take progesterone tablet cyclically.
