Currently I am 7th month pregnant but my stomach look like 9th month pregnent. My belly was look like 3 months pregnent before concieve. Does big belly affect to pregnency? Now my weight is 69kg. The diagnosis of "pelvic pain syndrome" seems to be your own diagnosis. Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination and let him tell you whether it is a "pelvic pain syndrome" or something else.         Incidentally "pelvic pain syndrome" is a diagnosis which is made by excluding other causes of pain.

Well, feeling of pain abdomen is quite common in the second pregnancy. But if it is very high in intensity and unbearable, you should consult physically for the examination. 7th month pregnancy looking like 9th month, check the amniotic fluid status and check you sugars (high sugars may cause big baby), and many more causes like mistaken dates etc. For detailed treatment, please consult me online dear :)

Belly looking bigger than gestational age has more factors to consider like belly fat before pregnancy, weight of the baby , amniotic fluid and so on . Is your concern is only about external factors or are u facing any of the issue that I have mentioned? Regarding pain , pelvic pain is common in pregnancy but u have to rule our other causes of pain with a doctor meeting physically
Next Steps
Check with urself , Ur pelvic pain says u need some movement, posture correction look on that

Pelvic pain in minimal is normal in third trimester of pregnancy or may be due to UTI. Regarding belly size, it may be due to fat if your baby growth and liquor amount are normal in USG. No need to worry.
Next Steps
If the pain persistent or if you are anxious kindly consult me.
