About ovulating naturally

Hi doctor I'm on medications for ovulating as i have PCOS, I'm on letroze since 6 months and metformin tablets since 1 month i go to doctor for follicular study every month and take HCG injections to get egg ruptured, now my question is do i get ovulate naturally if i stop letroze and HCG injections? Do my eggs gets ruptured naturally?

6 months is a long time Go fr a test called hsg to see if ur tubes are open or blocked,??

Eggs will rupture naturally, but there might be delay or early rupture ,or retained cyst also ,better to continue treatment for conception with regular follicular scan follow up
