I am sharing some of my experiences on how do I move on when I break up.
It's hard to move on fast. It will take time, like months.
1st things are, if you have any photos of her, delete any gifts you have burned or throw them in the dustbin because whenever you see the gifts or photo, it will hurt again
Don't think so much about her. Don't think that why this happens or why me or anything.
Breakup is part of life. You learn from it just think before giving someone your feelings.
Do busy on life do something you like going out with your friends or please don't share your heartbreaking story sad life or anything just chill be happy with your friends family.
If you have any pets, play with them, you are automatically happy.
Plz, don't abuse your ex or anything in front of your friends. Be mature. This girl is now your ex, but before the breakup, she was your girlfriend or love, so don't abuse her respect. Just let go of things.
Don't ever stalk her on social media by making fake id. You again hurt if you see her happy, so don't stalk.
Usually, overthinking starts at night, so read something like a novel or book before sleeping. Please don't listen to sad songs because they relate to the situation. Then it hurt again.
Don't share sad stories on Instagram. Nobody cares. Or a story like success in life after a breakup. This is just a rubbish breakup that is never connected to your success.
Don't drink alcohol just to forget the pain. This is never going to happen after a hangover again. This pain comes, so never drink. If you drink casually, it's okay.
Don't think that you want revenge or, like that, be mature. Breakup is just part of life. So don't think like that.
Going into another relationship after breakup thinking that you forget your ex is not going to happen, so never go another relationship after breakup because you feel loving someone helping to forget, so don't spoil another one's feelings rather than work on yourself and give time to your self grow.
Breakup is part of life. People come to your life and move on because life goes on after this, learn something from that.
