40 days old daughter of mine had not passed motion since 2 days day before yesterday she passed.. Till now not passed.. Urine is normal.. How long can a infant cannot pass motion. Is this K.. Anything to worry. Pls help

Babies up to 3-4 months of life can pass 10-12 motions a day or pass one motion after 3-4 days. BOTH are normal as long as stools are soft and formed. Ensure breastfeeding at a gap of at least 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Maintain strict hygiene in giving feeds.
