Hello.. I am 22 weeks of pregnancy.... Have very acid reflux problem and indigestion... Bloating and belching aslo.. Do not eat wheat roti and also milk products.. Is jowar bajra roti easy to dygest and reduce acid reflux... Do not eat milk curd because acidity increase.. Is almond curd help reduce acidity and acid reflux also.... Please suggested me

Hi Good afternoon! Please talk to your doctor once. Some women experience more digestive issues during pregnancy. Jowar and bajra are harder to digest. May be try Greek yoghurt. Eat easy to digest food like moong, masoor or dal. Pre soak the dals. Use bing, ginger garlic paste for better digestion.

Absolutely...you are on the right track...but I think home set curd with toned milk and at room temperature with a little bit of jaggery powder, should not be troublesome...rather it soothes the gut.. try it out...Rest of the things are absolutely ok
