Usually we do not recommend use of ipills I'm any case who have a pre-existing problem of irregular periods and thyroid as u can understand urself that the ipills are harmonal Medicines,which can further cause imbalance in harmones and leave a long term impact on menstrual cycle and fertlity,hence avoid it .Is she not taking medications to regularise her periods ,if not she better take that first .
