10th dec to 10th January is one cycle. Bleeding at the end of the month cannot be implantation bleeding.
Monthly periods mean pregnancy is less likely.
If the bleeding in January was normal 3-4 days period like then doing a upt now makes no sense.
If it was only spotting then please get an ultrasound and b-hcg level done.

If she has her regular periods on 10th January and there is no intercourse after that no need to repeat pregnancy test. But if there is any history then wait till next periods for pregnancy test
