I had done my creatinine and urine test on 17 Dec 2025 after 03 days of exercise. Creatine was 1.3 and urine protein(+). After 01 month I repeat all the tests like kft and urine and egfr. There was no protein in urine. My creatinine level was 0.76 and My egfr was 121. Is this all ok.

Yeah there is a possibility there was a bit of dehydration after your excercise which has recovered now,unless you still have protien leak In urine
