Hello doctors.. I got Cesarean. 3 months completed now. My belly button came out during pregnency. I still not goes back. Today I consulted OBGyn .Doctor examined. Doctor told to cough and to raise a 2 legs. She told muscles are weak after delivery. Told to excersise. She told no need of scan. Doctor told consult If the size of the  belly button increase or come out when coughing or any pain . Is this not hernia? I am afraid about it.
