Hello doctors ... I got Cesarean. 3 months completed. My belly button comes out(small) during pregnency. It not goes back still. Is this normal? Or hernia? It soft to touch. No pain. It not goes back while sleeping or coughing. No changes. Please tell me ? What is this? And What to do?

This is most commonly due to over stretching and loosening of your abdominal (rectus) muscles. You need to start abdominal muscle strengthening exercises and consult your obstetrician
