I have health anxiety issues. A few days ago, I had doubts about my wife and continue. Then I have weight loss and stomach problems. It's due to anxiety. Pls suggest

I can understand.. sometimes due to Anxiety obssessive thoghts r common ..and it's involuntary so that you can't resist it ..and so needd to consult
