In most usual cases eye twitches and muscle twitching in general is due to fatigue and tiredness, and some underlying stress. Usually students experience muscle twitching during exams, or due to lack of sleep. The best way is to catch up on your sleep. And try to decrease stress(i know easier said than done,) but some meditation and light walks would help great deal. If still persists then would need a neurological examination.

It's just because of lack of sleep. Sleep properly for 7hrs a day. If it's occuring continuously since many days then you would need further evaluation.
