Hello , i am 25 yrs and unmarried . About almost 4 weeks Pregnant (considering my first day of last menstruation) . My fiance and I have decided we want to go ahead with abortion and keep it confidential from my family . Is there any laws that go against abortion for an unmarried female ?

Indian laws are liberal regarding abortion. It is legal to abort the baby with the consent of the woman bearing the child only. No need of consent of partner.
Next Steps
Please do not self medicate, consult an obstetrician and he/she will prescribe medical MTP pills after a trans vaginal sonography.
