Abnormally painful hearing

Since 5 years, I have observed that my hearing is getting progressively sensitive and painful. Everyday sounds like doors closing, coughing, sneezing or even loud talking have become unbearable. I have perpetual earache and headache. I feel my eardrums getting pulled towards the direction of the sound. Going to the office has become my worst nightmare since there is a large gathering of people constantly coughing, sneezing, sniffing, talking loudly and I'm in pain, unable to concentrate and work. Why is this happening to me?

Donot panic. Just get eardrum checked.. afterthat get hearing checked( pure tone audiogram and impedance ). As it is there since 5 years ,please go to doctor and get it cleared. Take care
