I started visiting bloody spots after 1-2days of my periods and this continued for about a week and after that I started bleeding again

You could be having some hormonal problems..or rarely if u r not on any contraceptive it could indicate pregnancy also. Do a pregnancy test, serum TSH {empty stomach}, and ultrasound pelvis.. Consult direct with all the reports.
