Abnormal periods. because of unwanted 72

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Doctor please help. My girlfriend had normal period on 28dec2017 than we had sex on 2 and she ate unwanted 72 and than she had her abnormal periods on 9jan2018. Now we are doing sex on alternate days bt ejaculating outside. And he just had her periods on more time on 21jan2018. Please help is sex causing this? Is she pragnent?
