Abnormal CBP report

Sir/mam! My son is diagnosed 4 days ago with salmonella typhio "O" - 1:80 and salmonella typhio "H"- 1:160 and prescribed by cefix-o and soft solid food . Apart from that I got the CBP test done and it showed high blood platelets count and low MPV value ,low neutrophils,low monocytes and high lymphocytes ,high RDW and etc., we have the history of cancers on both sides . I am hereby attaching the blood report of my baby. Is the report showing any alarming sign in my baby's case.Please let me know. I am a poor single mother 🙏🙏. Is the report showing any  early signs of cancer. Please please let me know.

Your son is 7 years old. His Widal test is positive. His Salmonella H Titre is 1:160 . So he needs treatment. He is on Cefix O , that is fine. His CBP report shows Iron deficiency anaemia, which is common at this age. His platelet count is high and MPV is low. Low MPV could be associated with Iron deficiency.  Lymphocytes are high, but that is a relative figure as it is the percentage . The other components of white cells like neutrophils and Monocytes are relatively low. So no cause for concern. His total count is normal. In short, a case of Typhoid and Iron deficiency anaemia. He's having infection and because of that this report is abnormal ..first let the infection settle .. then we shall repeat the test .. but nothing looks like cancer n all madam.. so relax and pls take care of the kid

Don't worry Currently you should concern about typhoid You are having history of cancer from both side but not all cancer are inheritable.Some are sporadic also so evaluation required Consult nearby medical college

You can continue with the antibiotic.His blood test report shows anemia ,low neutrophils which is common in typhoid.When he recovers from the fever , take him to a pediatrician in your area for clinical examination and investigations if required.

See there is sign of bacterial infection at present.  If family history of cancer is there , must visit pediatric oncologist nearby better then consulting online.  Medication at present is given which will be useful. If symptoms are not getting resolved kindly consult will help u.
