Please see my report of vitamin D .. Under this report can I take baksons vitamin d plus medicine? One doctor said me to take in online 1 tablet daily for 30 days.. can you please confirm it from your side is this medicine suitable for me or not under this report? Please ? Also I have another query I came to know in this report I am having high lipid..can you suggest me any good homeopathy medicine for this high lipid ..with the dosage and everything? Vit D medicine seems ok and as far as your lipids are concerned along with homoeopathic medication you need daily exercise and life style modification (diet control ).

Your sugar and triglyceride levels are more too. So far deficient Vit. D is concerned it is advised that you may expose ( your skin withbare minimum cloths) to direct sunlight for atleast 20 minutes daily ( around 8 am). Also take milk or/ and milk products daily . Soya, egg yolk and fatty fish like Tuna are also good source. Egg yolk is to be taken if your cholestrol level is under control.
