In november 2023 in car accident i have fracture a stable non displaced spine fracture d5 thoracic with mild retropulsion doctor recommended me 3 month rest arround 2.5 month completed when will start my normal activities like bike driving and car not gyming and all there is no pain in fracture

If the treating doctor felt it was a stable injury pattern then , what you have been doing seems right. However, latest X-rays and CT scans from time of injury need to be seen by a Spine Specialist
