I have recently shaved down there, and I noticed a bump, but just today I noticed it was just a little bit larger and was white like it was filled with puss, so I popped it and yes puss came out. After this I wash it well, dried then applied some antibiotic ointment on it. It is currently black looking but doesn't hurt as much.
