I was rubbing my finger through my skin and muscle on the back where why kidney us. While rubbing the place i noticed a bump not visible from skin but when i press inside it feels as if on the muscle. I don't know from when it is there and what is it. I am afraid now. No pain. Is is cancer tumour. It is a small hard bump
