Any 3 vessel disease with stenosis is significant .Since You are only 36 years old ideally it should be stented. As per the guidelines MODERATE 3 vessel stenosis is treated medically and then stenting. but for SEVERE3 vessel disease CABG is preferred as it has advantage HowewerYour cardilogist is the best person to guide you as per your symptoms ,risk factors you have ie bp diabetes dislipidemia and obesity
