Hello Doctor I am 7 weeks pregnant and on bed rest Doctor prescribed duphaston 10mg 2 pill morning and evening,I am taking it but having very strong,severe,nonstop,unbearable cramps on my right side, still with fever,headache,backache and nauseous 😢 please help me
