I live in Ireland and I am 7 weeks pregnant. I’ll be travelling to India this week on a 13-hour flight. My doctor here said it’s safe to fly, but I have a lot of vomiting. Could you please suggest safe medicines available in India or commonly available at pharmacies here to help with this? I have aciloc tablet here with me as well.

You should have doxinate tablets with you and easily available. They will help you with nausea and vomiting.
