Hello, I have daughter and she will complete her 6th month on 1st of may . I need an meal plan for her to make her healthy . For now she drinks cow milk and breat milk. First i used to give her lactogen level 1 but as she completed her 5th month we started cow milk. 1st May she will bump into 7th month so I need your guidance for her meal plan accordingly.
