My 7 month baby fallen from bed and is crying for last 2 hrs INTERMITTENTLY have checked physically and all looks fine. in these time of lockdown no doctors availaible nearby now. can you please help

Dear Sir, Please give last prescribe dose of paracetamol. For say if the child’s weight around 6.5kg. Pls give Crocin /Dolo drops (1ml/100mg) 0.8ml single dose. It should make child comfortable in case of pain. Inspite of that child is irritable take to emergency department. Nearby
