Individual milestones can vary. Overall development has to be looked at to rule out any major problem. Please visit a pediatrician for a check up.

Hello, I understand your concern At 6.5 months, it is normal for some babies to roll only in one direction. Rolling tummy → back develops earlier. Rolling back → tummy can take a little longer as it needs more core and shoulder strength.
Next Steps
Increase tummy time: Aim for 30–40 mins/day in short sessions, Keeps strengthening neck, shoulder, and trunk muscles. Encourage rolling practice: Place a toy to the side while baby lies on their back. Gently help the hip and shoulder to roll over — not forceful, just guiding. Floor play: Let them play more on a soft mat rather than on the bed. Beds make pushing and rolling harder. Reduce walker/bouncer time: These don’t help rolling and reduce floor activity.
Health Tips
Red flags: Very floppy or very stiff baby Poor head control Not trying to reach for toys Not bearing weight on legs at all
