5th metatarsal foot fracture - base

I fractured my foot - base of 5th metatarsal during a nasty fall in which my foot inverted three weeks back. Doctor gave me air cast boot and told me to weight bear post 10 days for essential activities as tolerated. Fracture is non displaced. Questions: A) can you read my x ray - is it a Jones fracture or an avulsion fracture? Doc is not sure. Prognosis for Jones fracture on the internet seems scary. B) what is the prognosis for my fracture? When is it likely to heal? C) when can I return to full physical activity including sports? D) what are the chances of non union? E) can I travel abroad 8 weeks post fracture if it entails walking F) will gentle walking help the fracture heal? G) I'm being treated conservatively? Is operative treatment required or will this heal on its own? H) can I return to office 4 weeks after fracture - sedentary job but will need to walk a bit

Hello sir, no need panic it will heal but instead of air boot, below knee cast is better after 6 wks you can carry all your routine activities except sports.
