4th day Fever post Vaccination

My son is still having fever around 99-100 even after 4th day after vaccination.He is 11 week old. I was giving him paracetamol 100mg that brings down fever for 2-3 hours. Can I give him 125mg paracetamol with mefanamic acid 50mg or please do suggest.

Stick to paracetamol. Mef acid not recommended at this age. Mild fever upto 99.5 doesn't need any medication

Usually vaccine Fever lasts for 1-2 days. If persisting means other causes to be ruled out. Do consult a pediatrician

Give only paracetamol The cause of fever may be anything else. Few blood test and examination required
