4 Year Old suffering from severe cough
My 4 year old son is suffering from cough since long time now. We consulted our pediatrician 3 weeks ago and he confirmed there is nothing to worry about, couple of weeks back he had fever which was settled by antibiotics post which he was alright for few days, but last week again he got fever. Worried about the medicines intake we switched the treatment from allopathy to homeopathy and he does not have fever now, but having sever cough. Please let me know if we should go for any blood tests and
Sever cough in four year old child without fever can be due to Allergy or Foreign body.
Kindly get his chest xray done and CBC with AEC
If you have family history of Allergy or Allergic rhinitis, then allergic cause must be ruled out.
