4 month baby mouth ulcer not going away

Hi. My 4 month son is having mouth ulcer since mid April inside upper pallet of his mouth. - We've given him candid mouth paint, vitamin B as well as azithromycin as per doctor instruction and crocin sos for pain management - Also, we regularly change his bottle nipple (as he's bottle fed) and moved to double teat for smoother flow of milk - Yet his ulcers are not going away - Initially, it was very painful for him and refused to feed. Now it's not painful for him, but it's STILL THERE. - Doctors even advised for blood test CBC & CRp, which is normal - His weight, height is normal and growing at normal pace - We don't know what to do. How to heal his ulcer, before it gets painful again. PLEASE ADVISE!
