4-5 times motion in a day

Hellow doctor, since 6days i am suffering from 4-5 times motions in a day normal in state not solid not watery, ultrasound is normal, lympocytes 19% (20-40% normal) all test are normal, i am tired since 2 days, fully dehydration, lips drying, sleep right side getting pain in left side of stomach (not heavy) heart beats fast while motion and standing for long time. Taken echonorm, metrogyl 2days, now motions are two times a day but tired lot. Yester wt 80.3 today 79.5kg. please suggest
