3yr old toddler sweats a lot

Hi Dr. I have a 3yr old boy,who is very active and always running around. I concern is he sweats a lot whenever he does something which needs lots of action like playing, running around. He doesn't sweat in sleep if the room temp is fine. Is there I need to do fix this, or he is jus a kid who has more sweat glands.

Consult Now
Looks like normal phenomenon. Just make sure that he drinks adequate amount of water when there is increased activity and resultant sweating. Take care
