My baby dint pass stools from 3 days n she passed it today and she was crying a lot when checked she has mild tear in rectum and she is feeling different to pass gas n poop n I hv attached a photo pls kindly suggest wt to do n u Is it a big problem I m scared pls tell

This is anal fissure with perianal excoriation. Applying sucral Ano cream inside and outside of the anal area twice a day for 7-10 days. Avoid constipation.
