38 weeks gestation growth scan lag

I had a growth scan at 37w5d. The parameters measured are as follows. Bpd- 8.8 HC- 31 AC-31 FL- 6.9 EFW- 2.6kg Umbilical artery pi -0.7 Afi- 14 With above measurements baby is 35w2d. Is this growth restriction? Is waiting for spontaneous labour better or induction is better?

You need cpr ratio also in doppler study as baby is just above 10th centile and pervious growth scans needed to check for growth velocity. However with normal dopplers baby can be constitutionally small.

Your description is not adequate to come to a conclusion. It has to be substantiated with a physical examination and comparison wih your previous antenatal examination record and previous scans

The diagnosis of intrauterine growth restriction is when the abdominal circumference lags by the weeks of pregnancy by more than 2 weeks You have mentioned above baby measurements of 35 weeks and 2 days This is which parameter? Femur length or abdominal circumference? If there is intrauterine growth restriction induction should be done after 37 weeks to prevent complications like intrauterine fetal demise rather than waiting for spontaneous labour
