I am 35 week 5 days. Today i consulted a doctor for regular week checkup. She did pelvic exam, and said baby head was fixed and cervix is 1 cm dilated. And my AFI is 11.6 cm , last week 13.6cm.. it's reduced . So doctor suggested me to take powder 2 times per day to maintain a water level. Can I continue my excercises like walking, squad, duck walk?
