I was 3 weeks pregnant. I took the mifegest kit accordingly. I bleed heavily, but from the 6th day, bleeding flow has decreased. I had already passed some clots. But if any clots remain in the uterus, will the remaining clots pass during my next period? Should I wait for my next period or do an ultrasound immediately?

There is nothing called three week pregnancy The day you skip your periods you are four weeks and one day pregnant You need an ultrasound on day 11 counting from day one of the periods to ensure if the process of abortion is complete
