3 to 4 times motion everyday

I am going 3 to 4 motion everyday. Mostly stools are semi solid state. Sometimes loosy stools too. Feel also gas is passing not frequently but few times. I am not feeling tired due to this. Recently diagnosed as diabetes 6 months back. Taking glycomet 500 mg twice a day. Is there anyway to stop motion like twice a day. Kindly suggest

It can be because of wide array of causes , like  osmotic purging due to Diabetes , Malabsorption , etc . However above mentioned history is insufficient to arrive at a definitive answer .Would like to know a few more details in history for proper assessment , before providing an appropriate opinion & further plan of action .
