My 3 months old son is suffering from cold from past 1 week, i used febrex plus tonic 0.4 ml every 6 hours but the issue didn't subside. He is having nasal congestion and mucus in nose. He is not having any cough. Also his palms and feet will be always cold. He is having feed well and sleeping too. only cold is bothering him alot. Please suggest something.
