First time echo done IVS-16MM PWD-15MM AO-30MM LA-40MM EF-60% LVIDd-40 LVIDs-26 EDV-70ML ESV-26ML VALVES MITRAL VALVE THICKENED All others are normal Chambers Concentric left ventricular hypertrophy, all other chambers are normal Great arteries normal Final diagnosis Concentric lvh+ Grade 1 lvdd Thickened mitral valve, MR-gradell +2jet NO RWMA LVEF-60% NO CLOTS ,NO EFFUSION her BP was 200/100mmhg while doing 2d echo What the above report says

Bp is uncontrolled and it’s producing stain on the heart.

Your Echo report is suggestive of concentric LVH which is a indicator for elevated Blood pressure which is not controlled adequately Issues of Mitral valve are age related and MR grade 2 needs yearly monitoring with Echo test
